Hand Yoga

Hand Yoga is about practicing the ancient art of Yoga mudras - gestures for hands and fingers, used specifically to manipulate subtle energy currents throughout our bodies. Similar to acupuncture, practicing mudras balances our energies, calms our mind and can also cure many ailments.
Yoga mudras can be found in any religion or culture. Clasping hands together, pointing fingers, giving one, etc. are all examples of mudras.
There are dozens more documented mudras, which, similar to yoga poses, must be practiced regularly in order to have noticeable effects.
For example, the Linga Mudra can literally cure the common cold, by expelling mucus from our bodies, raising the temperature and helping the body fight off the viruses quickly and efficiently.
To see the effects, one must practice the Linga Mudra for fifteen minutes three times a day. This is not difficult, but requires far more effort than taking medicine :)
Other than the need to practice the mudras constantly, Hand Yoga is rather simple and easy to learn and can be practiced by anyone with able hands and fingers.
